Prep first, then paint
Exterior Painting, Residential and Commercial
Power washing, mildew removal, scraping, caulking and primer first, then brush and spray on siding, trim, doors, shutters, decks and fences in Tulsa and Wagner County.
Paint fails at the surface, not in the can
Most peeling paint on a Tulsa or Broken Arrow house was doomed on the day it went on. Paint laid over chalk, mildew, loose paint or a soft board has nothing sound to hold, so the new coat lets go in the same places the old one did.
That is why a good exterior job starts with the wall and not the color. Dirt and mildew come off, loose paint comes off, and any wood that has gone bad gets looked at before a brush is opened.

Oklahoma Siding is a locally and family-owned company serving Tulsa and Wagner County, OK, with residential and commercial exterior painting. The published scope starts with power washing and mildew removal, then scraping, sanding and caulking where necessary, patched nail holes, plaster repairs and light carpentry.
Damaged or rotted wood is replaced, primer goes on, and the finish is applied by brush and spray. The same crew works on trim, entry and garage doors, windows and shutters, decks, fences and gates, stucco, and aluminum and vinyl siding.
The paints are chosen for longevity and vibrant color, and for selected paints a manufacturer warranty is available. To talk through a particular wall, call (918) 223-3987.
What is left when the crew drives away
Hardware and fixtures taken off for the job are replaced, and so are any shutters that came down. The cleanup is neat and thorough, because the goal is to leave no trace of the work except the painted exterior.
Oklahoma Siding backs its craftsmanship with a 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty. Estimates are free, and there is a 5% discount for military and seniors.
If the walls need more than paint, the shop also installs James Hardie fiber cement siding and repairs wood rot, so the whole exterior can be dealt with by one company.
5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty on all services.
Paint is the last course.
